Mental Patient Surrenders After Day-Long Hunt
A 54 year old farmer escaped from White Cross Hospital near Columbus and was hunted by a posse. He surrendered to sheriff's deputies last night after wandering, recalling little until dusk. He had leaped in front of vehicles during the escape and bore mud and facial injuries. He is held in county jail awaiting return to the hospital for shock therapy.
