Defendant Wins Suit Over Right of Way
In Gallia County Judge James Collier ruled the defendant Fisher holds a usable right of way to a barn from Route 7 near Eureka. Plaintiffs C. C. Walters and Mora F. Walters were restrained from blocking the easement. Land involved was conveyed to the Walters on Feb 17 1943. A separate alimony suit was filed after a Jackson County venue change, and Judge Robert M Betz granted a divorce between Estelle Pinkerman and John Pinkerman.
