Tenants to be rehoused during S9M remodeling project
About 70 tenants from Beasley Mill and Sheltering Arms apartments will be temporarily relocated starting April 2017 as part of a 9 million remodeling effort. Newly owned by New Beasley Mill LLC and New Sheltering Arms LLC, the HUD assisted complexes will undergo life safety, accessibility, energy, health service, and unit upgrades, with tenants moving to hotels, motels, or other housing.
