Will Pace Charge Erie Man in Fatal Striking
Thomas Lew, 29, of Erie, was turned over to Ashtabula authorities after confessing to striking Joseph Bennett, 35, about a month ago. Bennett died later. Water-Fuel Engine and hydrogen-based combustion are described in a Dallas inventor’s experiments, claiming a successful use of water as fuel.
