Conservation Flight Tour Maps Planned for 3 Schools
A tentative conservation flight route was mapped by Harry Armstrong and Wallace Gillogly for a plan to fly over Green Hat Washington Benton Lau 1 and Balls Townships. The tour from Van Clay Products air strip will show soil problems and improvements via aerial view, with about 25 minutes per leg and multiple planes available. An ox roast will accompany the event at the air strip as observers attend. Mrs. D. E. Harsh injured in fall and hospitalized for a broken shoulder at Hocking Talley Hospital.
