Purpose of Convention in Athens County Republican Crises
The text records Harry Stalder’s address at a Athens county Republican convention, urging a new central committee and state delegates elected by the people. It attacks the old committee for delaying the county primary, disenfranchising Republicans, and seeks a square deal with a yearly committee and regular state delegate selection.
