Hocking College president backs ongoing rape inquiry
In a staff letter President Young says a Title IX review is underway amid continued investigations by Athens County Prosecutor's Office. The allegation, reported Sept. 1, involves a party on Ohio University campus, five men in the victim’s bed, and a college counselor referral before police contact. The prosecutor said there is no allegation of wrongdoing.
