Logan reports a drop in relief caseload and higher expenses. In August Hocking County relief had 68 cases involving 150 people with expenses of 4471.63, including 1515.16 for hospital care. Logan native LOGAN-Dale Engle recently completed a season with the Triple Gites Playhouse in Binghampton and gained experience with Basil Rathbone and other stars.
