Halloween Incidents Reported To Police
Three Halloween incidents were reported to city police on Wednesday night. A resident at 462 Richland Ave. reported two missing garbage cans, while a Lancaster St. resident said windows were soaped and a screen broken. Pumpkins were stolen from Mulligan Rd. area. Firemen used booster tank water at 9 45 p m to extinguish a trash can fire at Court and Union Sts.
