Eastgate subdivision gets tentative OK from Logan planning panel
Logan notes the Planning Commission tentatively approves the Eastgate subdivision plat offered by Hal Donahey after five conditions. The vote follows a mandamus suit over the plat and cautions that city annexation requires city council approval and street standards. Next committee meeting is 6:30 p.m. November 12.
