Mrs H C Dorman announces a half price sale Friday October 30 at the Columbus and Southern Ohio Electric Co building on S Court St. The annual American Association of University Women Book Fair gathers books donated by residents of Athens. Sale ends Friday afternoon.
The Ohio University University Chamber Orchestra led by Sheldon Sanov will play in Ewing Auditorium Sunday at 8 p.m. The program includes Tansman Variations, Mozart Eine Kleine Nachtmusik, Holst St Paul Suite, and Tchaikowsky Serenade for Strings. Admission is free.
