Glouster Man Dies at 88 in Hillcrest Rest Home
Edward Faires 88 of Glouster died early Thursday at Hillcrest Rest Home. He once ran a Nelsonville livery, later worked as a brick mason in the Glouster area before retirement about 15 years ago. James C Basom of Marietta sues Fairmont Foods Co in Athens County Common Pleas Court seeking 1687.50 in commissions. He was dairy manager and contractor at the Marietta ranch for nine months in 1954 1955 with a base salary 4500 annually plus incentive commission.
