Deaths and political notes from Ohio byproducts
Mrs. A. L. Hoyt died in Columbus after months with a tumor, survived by two brothers Will Bradfield and Charles Bradfield and sister Bessie Mutchmore. Her burial plans place her remains in Pomeroy where she lived most of her life. Senator Rathburn, once a Rutland and Middleport merchant, pushed a quadrennial real property valuation bill in the Ohio Senate from 1905 to 1916, though the measure failed to endure amid tax commission reforms. He hopes to resume business soon.
