Gaver Delivers Key Speech at Nelsonville Children's Center Dedication
Dr. Kenneth Gaver, director of Ohio mental health, spoke at the Nelsonville Center dedication. The former Southeast Ohio Tuberculosis Hospital site now serves emotionally disturbed children ages eight to 17, with a payroll boost for the area and plans for ongoing renovations.
