Unlicensed Driver Fined and Suspended in Athens County Court
Robert Allousterman, 33, pleaded guilty to driving without a license in Athens County Municipal Court. Pleas Expected On Trespass Charges From May Anti War Sit-In
Twenty two suspects arrested during the May anti war sit in at Ohio University Lindley Hall are slated to plead guilty to reduced trespassing charges. Defense counsel said most remaining defendants will accept pleas to city or state trespass with penalties including jail or fines and possible student suspensions. Other Athens court actions include several drug and theft cases and a Masonic Lodge meeting in Albany set for Thursday.
