Gallia County votes on soil conservation district plan

Gallipolis fire crews answered an alarm to the Cowan residence at 42 Grape Street. A defective electric heating pad ignited bedding and a mattress while Mrs. Cowan, recently discharged from Holzer Hospital for a throat ailment, was using it.
