Point Pleasant AAUW hosts an area conference with ten chapters to discuss Breath Of Life Air Pollution. David Dean O'Dell, 11, shot himself in both hands and legs while handling a shotgun. James E. Seller, 83, Portland, fractured his left hip in a barnyard fall.

A Point Pleasant and Mason County culture and recreation center move is proposed by a local committee.
