Logan summonses served in two auto accident suits in Hocking County Common Pleas Court totaling 173,453 dollars. Edward Swinner of Alliance is sued by Gerald W. Wend of New Marshfield Route 1 for 28,953 dollars from a October 14, 1962 crash on Route 56. Robert C. Russell of Troy Route 1 is sued for 144,500 dollars for injuries from a November 4, 1962 crash on West Hunter Street, suit filed by Kenneth V. Fern of Canton.
