Kesterson Fined After Route 33 Collision
Elmer Kesterson 31 of Nelsonville pleaded guilty before Judge F. Rowland in Athens County Common Pleas Court to driving while under the influence. He was fined $100 and costs, with driving rights revoked for six months. Kesterson was arrested Monday night after his car collided with a vehicle driven by Fred Kreitz, 21, of Shawnee Route 1, on Route 33 about two and a half miles south of Nelsonville.
