Trials Delay In Hope Saninst Case In Common Pleas Court
Trial in the Hope Saninst case, with J. G. Hope Lydia B. Hope and B. M. Conant, was postponed after jurors were found invalid and the jury was dismissed. A third attempt to schedule the trial was planned while state objections to defense presentation were noted. The morning session also featured visits from former Nelsonville residents Glenn and Mrs Thomas visiting relatives in the area.
