Driver Fined For DWI in Athens County Court
Howard Cline, 19, New Albany, was fined 210 dollars and costs, sentenced to 10 days in city jail, and had his license suspended 60 days after pleading guilty to driving while intoxicated and weaving in a traffic lane in Athens County Municipal Court. Other Guilty Pleas as Monday docket includes two shoplifting cases and a Kroger driver.
