SAIGON AP report shows American battlefield deaths near three year lows for the week with 82 U S troops killed and 384 Saigon government forces, while Viet Cong and North Vietnamese losses reach a year low. Wounded totals: 573 Americans and 1,000 South Vietnamese. South Vietnamese deaths outnumber Americans for five months.
