Ohio University to Install Inaugural Athletic Hall of Fame
At 1 05 p m Saturday eight initial inductees will be honored at Peden Stadium on the 50 yard line. The eight are Frank Baumholtz Brandon T Grover William J Trautwein Claude C Chrisman Don Peden Stanley Dougan Clyde Gibson and Russ Finsterwald all long associated with Ohio University athletics. Finsterwald’s award will be accepted by his widow. The hall’s creation was spearheaded by athletic director Bill Rohr with a dedication by a seven member committee including Grover Sams Snyder Taylor Gilbert Rohr and Morgan.
