In Columbus Ohio Amos Paul Henderson 18 and Tommy Anderson 16 were charged with first degree murder and armed robbery for the shooting death of Lawrence Kipfinger 45 an auxiliary police officer. Kipfinger died after being shot in a Lawson's Dairy store Monday night and passing away Tuesday morning.
