City Planning Commission Approves Warehouse in Flood Plain
The City Planning Commission okayed Fritz Wheaton’s request to build a warehouse on Lincoln Street in a flood plain. The site sits in an A-3 zone, and final approval rests with the Zoning Board of Appeals. Wheaton must raise the land five feet to meet flood requirements.
