GEORGE GALLUP PRINCETON N J Americans surveyed favor Congress passing Sen Charles Goodell proposed bill to withdraw all U S troops from Vietnam by end of 1970 and leave fighting to South Vietnam with U S military aid. results show 57 percent support passage while 43 percent oppose or undecided.
