Five indebtedness suits were filed Monday in Mason County. Holzer Medical Center sues harmon Casto and Genevieve Casto for 1269 dollars plus costs. Holzer Medical Center sues John Pelfrey Jr for 738.15 dollars plus costs. Holzer Medical Center sues Franklin Parsons and Foote Mineral Co for 1087.55 dollars plus costs. Holzer Medical Center sues Olan Snyder and Miriam Snyder for 1996.90 dollars plus costs. Universal CIT Credit Co. of Charleston sues Homer Masters and Jo Ann Masters for 653.33 dollars plus interest.
