Victor Wigand aged 42 died near his home on Baden Ridge Road around 12:20 a.m. Sunday. Sheriff Ernest Hesson, Dallas Wilfong, and Trooper R. C. Dilley reported a heart attack as the cause. His wife Ora Wigand, a school teacher, and two sons survive. Body taken to Vale funeral home in Ripley.
