Three plead innocent to aggravated robbery in Nelsonville case
Athens County residents Phillip R. Simms Cindy L. Mender and Christopher A. Simms pleaded innocent to first degree felony aggravated robbery charges stemming from an incident on Monk Road in Nelsonville. Christopher Simms faces a three year firearm spec and all three bonds were set at 75000 with no 10 percent post. They were ordered to have no contact with each other or the victims.
