Medical Care Is Urged for Many Cases
In Gallipolis a plan to open a venereal disease clinic for county indigents was advanced after a meeting with Health Commissioner F W Shane. The clinic would operate weekly in the county courthouse health office, with free treatment only by physician referral. Officials estimate startup under 200 dollars for a year and will seek funds via local clubs and civic groups, noting federal medicine support but local equipment needs.
