Residents challenge need for new Storm Sewer District 4
An engineer’s report presented to the appeals board found no necessity for the Storm Sewer District 4 facilities for Strathmore Blvd and Utah Pl. Grandview Highland residents hired Robert Cutler to present facts arguing their existing 1928 sewer handles surface water, that they pay for a new line without benefit, and that their hookups already feed into the new 15 inch line. The board will forward recommendations to council.
