McKinley and Roosevelt frame 1900 farm prosperity claim

The speech argues Republican policy boosted farm prosperity by restoring protection, reopening mills, and raising crop values. Cites Kansas and Ohio increases in crop value and farm animal value, pegs total U.S. rise at about 26 million dollars, and asserts workers are better off under Republican rule.
