Evidence Motion Denied in Cornwell's Jewelry Case
Athens County Common Pleas Court Judge Lowell B. Howard denied the suppression motion in the Steven White case. The judge found probable cause supported by information from patrolmen to a police sergeant, and ruled Fourth Amendment rights were not violated.
