Michael Turner 31 from Springfield was resentenced for three counts of cocaine trafficking from a 2013 Athens County case. The new ruling kept the seven and a half year prison term but nullified restitution to multiple investigating agencies, citing journal entry discrepancies and the rule that police agencies are not victims.
