The Young Women’s Worthwhile Guild met at Mrs. Clarence Price’s home with new officers including President Mrs. Thomas Sayre and Vice President Mrs. Joan Roush. WSCS held a Rudolph December gathering at Mrs. Ralph Henderson’s home, with Mrs. Henderson presiding in the president’s absence. Numerous residents from Parkersburg, Little Hocking, Athens, Racine, and beyond were listed as guests or visitors, while Eris Price of Point Pleasant was admitted to Meigs General Hospital after a heart attack.
