Rival romance and a horse named Comanche at Fort R
A tale of Florence Brooks, Lt. Howard Whiting, and their horse Comanche intertwines love and loyalty. After Comanche saves her during an Indian threat, Brooks chooses the horse over the fiancé, later reuniting with Whiting after a widowhood, and a jibe from a colonel underscores the comic frontier romance.
