Francois Van Stewart, 65, of West Logan, was killed after being struck by a Ohio Fuel Gas Co. truck driven by Delmar Walker near the state garage on W. Hunter Street. Walker swerved and fell down an embankment. he survived with minor injuries. Deputy Nellis Smith reported Stewart died at the scene. funeral arrangements were pending.
