President Hoover's Emergency Committee on Employment will use radio to collect unemployment information. Arthur Woods will appeal to national networks Friday evening for specific data to speed up job-finding efforts. Woods also named regional commissioners for the Southeast and Midwest.
In Cleveland election chaos marked by theft of hundreds of official ballots from Ward Twenty Seventh Precinct J found in a gutter.
