In Marysville Ohio on October 31 Frank Circone, 20, of Columbus, appeared before Justice J Ho Kinkaid and pleaded not guilty to a charge of participating in a robbery of the Teles wood farmer. Circone posted bond and was returned to county jail. Three persons present identified the man as one of those who robbed the Richwood Bank, an identification by L G Zuapen cashier and B F Hoge and Chittes Snowden occurred in the robbery’s heyday. Circone is expected to be arraigned today before Justice John Kincade and may make further admissions to Prosecuting Attorney Gwynn Sanders and Sheriff William Tasch. He had been in custody from Munafield before magnetory arrest. The Columbus arrest followed a tip linking him to a conspiracy connected with the Glouster robbery two weeks earlier.
