Attacks on Merits of Ohio Coal at Nelsonville Meeting
At Glouster Ohio Coal Foundation meeting William B Morris warns that federal plans for a St Lawrence Waterway could erase about 15 million tons of mined coal annually. The foundation campaigns against the project and supports policing coal trucks to curb inferior imports. A proposed tax on coal trucks in major cities aims to curb indiscriminate sales and protect Ohio industry.

The foundation urged policing of truckers after delivery limits. The Coal Foundation aims to boost production and cooperate with industry. The next Foundation meeting will be in Gloucester on Sunday afternoon, June 8, at 2 o'clock.
