Last Chance Corral founders rescue newborn foals for care
Victoria Goss explains Last Chance Corral gathers horses from owners facing hardship, abandonment or infirmity. The nonprofit focuses on foals weeks old needing 24-hour care, aiming to give them a chance despite owners unable to keep them. Goss has long been involved in horse rescue since childhood, opening the center in 1986.
