The independent socialist Die Freiherr charges War Minister Noske helped Lieutenant Kurt Vogel, Liebknecht’s killer, escape to Holland and board a steamer to Argentina. Vogel was sentenced to two years but fled and is reportedly sheltered by Noske’s agents.
