Four people died and eight were injured in two area crashes over the weekend. Martha Dodd 52 of South Charleston killed in a two car crash near Mason and Putnam county line. Clare Parsons 34 of Bidwell died near Jackson when a car crashed into a utility pole. Hager Dickens 32 of Ashland Ky. died in a motorcycle collision on Ohio Route 75. Dodd's son in law and daughter and their child were seriously injured. Parsons was a Kansas City native, veteran of World War II. Funeral plans announced for Parsons and Dodd.
