Nelsonville court dismisses assault charges for lack of prosecution
In Nelsonville the assault and battery charges filed by Richard Barnhart against Juanita Barnhart were dismissed Friday night for lack of prosecution. Richard Wesley Hitchins of Lancaster forfeited a $55 bond on speeding charges and William Earl Milstead of Haydenville forfeited a $25 bond for excess speed.
