Joseph Kirchner owner of Kay Brand Packing Co was sentenced in Findlay Ohio to at least seven years in the state prison and fined 5800 after being found guilty on 57 of 60 counts for adulterating meat selling horse meat as beef and bribing inspectors. Baby Killed by Rat Bites in Mansfield

Police investigated the death of two month old Karen Ann Gleseman in Mansfield after she was found with fatal rat bites in her home. Her mother Jean Gi reported feeding the infant at 4 am and waking to the screams at 6 pm. The child died at 7 55 am after being taken to hospital.
