Syracuse Man Indicted In Manslaughter Auto Crash

Meigs County Grand Jury returned an indictment against Donald Cotterill of Syracuse on charges of manslaughter automobile homicide and driving while intoxicated after a car collision on the Racine Bashan Road that killed 70 year old William Holmes.
