Chillicothe dealer buys Ray Riggs Lincoln Mercury dealership
Bert Federici of Chillicothe has purchased the Ray Riggs Lincoln Mercury dealership and began operations this week. The transfer completed Monday, though the sale occurred last year, a Federici spokesman said. Riggs previously ran the Athens business and has since acquired a Lincoln Mercury dealer in Vienna West Virginia. Federici owns multiple Ohio and West Virginia auto businesses and formerly played at Duquesne and for the Steelers. General manager H Vaughn Raybuck plans to move to Athens with his family. Federici says no staffing changes at the Athens location.
