Coolville man pleads guilty to three counts of unlawful sex with a minor
Brett M. McClain, 23, pleaded guilty to four degree felony charges from a December 2015 indictment alleging sexual conduct with a then 15 year old in September 15. Sentencing is set for July 6 with a pre sentence investigation ordered by Judge Patrick Lang. Two Nelsonville residents face charges after their child was injured in a 2013–14 case. Kayla A. Fannon, 25, and Samuel A. Thompson, 30, pleaded innocent to permitting child abuse and endangering children with alleged harm to the child. Both have July pretrial hearings.
