Prison guard pleads guilty to conspiracy charge
Brittany Eckert 26 of Marysville Ohio pleaded guilty in Athens County Common Pleas Court to conspiracy a third degree felony. Judge Lang held the plea in abeyance as she enters the county diversion program. Cassie Rose 30 of Lancaster is charged with one count of conspiracy for supplying a vehicle used to transport drugs. Miller has pleaded not guilty to a 14 count indictment. Two other women have pleaded guilty and been placed in the diversion program.
