Athens man Robert Arnold twenty three pleads guilty to manslaughter and leaving the scene arraigned before Mayor Franz Woodworth and bound over to the grand jury under two thousand five hundred dollar bond. He is accused in the death of Frank Bud Hoffman Orbiston resident struck on State Route two sixteen Saturday night while walking on the road. Hoffman died on the left side facing traffic as his body was found mangled with a torn right leg. Arnold was arrested at Washington Court House driving a 1947 sedan now in Athens County custody.
